On sunny days, you can host a cookout using the private gas grill.The main house features a seamless blend of antique fixtures and elegant furnishings with modern amenities. Natural light abounds with large windows and skylights. Prepare your favorite recipes in the spacious Colonial-style kitchen equipped with full-size appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar. The formal dining room offers the opportunity to host high-class dinners.THINGS TO KNOWStreaming is available using your own accounts.Please note that The Yarmouth House – House Only may be rented with The Yarmouth House – Carriage House as The Yarmouth House to accommodate up to 14 guests.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
