If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
