It’s like a private mini-estate, convenient to town, and walking distance to the beach, harbor, downtown shops, restaurants and wine-tasting. Enjoy the 1-acre private yard with huge trees, 2 fountains, and a reflecting pond. Soak up sun on the luxurious travertine pool deck with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. Cool off in a beautifully remodeled 40ft swimming pool. Unwind in a bubbling outdoor jacuzzi. Relax on the outdoor sectional couch which surrounds a gas fireplace table. Grill outdoors on the gas BBQ! There is a Sonos wireless music system throughout house, an alarm system and a safe. Guests will have access to the entire house and yard, with the exception of a few locked storage areas. A 31-day minimum stay is required. Property comes with 2 bikes, a 2-person sea kayak, a paddleboard, beach chairs and an umbrella.
