Description

Welcome to Palm Cottage. This historic home is really special and pet friendly! As one of the original beach houses on Isle of Palms, this home offers a nostalgic ambiance with the modern conveniences of today. The brand new covered dock is the perfect spot for plenty of vacation fun. You can launch a kayak or innner tube, jump off the dock to swim and throw a line or crab traps in to catch some fresh seafood. The dock is also a quiet spot to simply take in the sights and sounds of nature.The home has plenty of space to spread out and relax. On the main level there are two living areas, the kitchen, dining room and full bath. On the second floor is another full bath and four bedrooms. The primary bedroom has it’s own private balcony and lounge area. The connecting walkway leads to a second-floor studio that includes a kitchenette and full bath. For guests that value some quiet time, the studio is a quiet sanctuary. There’s also 3 decks for you to relax and enjoy the salt air.The large fenced in yard is ideal for the kids and your furry friend to frolic.The beach is only two blocks away so that you can enjoy the best of both worlds.Photos coming soon!
