Come enjoy some real Flagstaff history up close! The Historic Rock Ranch is hidden in the center of town on a 2 acre forested oasis.The ranch house is a large one bedroom, one bathroom, rustic bunk house, turned into a chic’, hip, air conditioned getaway. The home sleeps up to four in beds, but a few more can stay with a small fee for each additional guest.*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.**If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$25.00 flat fee.-pets: Pets are allowed for an additional fee. No Cats-No Parties: We have a strict “No-party policy”. Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.-If early check in is available, it is $50 to check in after 1 pm. If late check out is available, it is $50 to check out at 1pm.
