Built in 1920, our home offers historic character with modern updates. Great private backyard for entertaining. Big Green Egg for grilling, fire pit for entertaining and seating for 8 people. Long driveway for private parking. Bedrooms are all upstairs and all entertaining areas are downstairs. Very quiet and safe street. Our home is located within walking distance of some of Augusta’s finest bars and restaurants. Becks, Sheehans Irish Pub, and Arsenal tap Room are all great places to enjoy a nice drink and meal.
