Portable air conditioner – cools down at night. We welcome well-behaved dogs.Note quiet hours between- 8 am 9pm due to city noise ordinance – maximum 4 sleeping guest – 2 daytime visitors. 2 off street parking spaces 1822The Space:Very cute 1890’s house located in the heart of Santa Rosa. Wonderful backyard to enjoy the great weather. Wrap around deck is a great place in enjoy a local wine or craft brew.We like to text. We can be reached by phone if needed.The neighborhood is a wonderful downtown community. 5 minute walk to Railroad Square.
