In Savannah many of the townhomes have ‘garden level apartments’ which is our way of saying ground floor. There are no stairs and unlike some garden apartments this one has high ceilings. There are 2 King bedrooms, and a pullout sofa in the living room. Very high end private laundry machines. Stocked kitchen (does not have dishwasher) has beautiful new refrigerator and gas stove. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home!What to expect when booking: We are an “integrated partner” with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway.
