Historic Starland Gem – A Taste of Local Savannah!Summary:This amazing 1900 home right in the heart of the historic district and newest trendy Starland neighborhood, has been totally renovated to keep up with the times while also boasting a ton of original features. The stunningly tall ceilings and gorgeous trim will give you a taste of what Southern living was like back in the day! **ALL NEW AMAZON FIRE TV’s!**The Space:We offer a very spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment that is the upstairs half of a duplex. The place comes with a master king room, a queen bedroom and a double-twin bunk bedroom perfect for the little ones! We have a very generous and well-equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer. Strong WiFi provided throughout the space, for those who may need to get some work done while on vacation – hopefully not! 🙂 As shown in the photos, we offer TV’s throughout the house.Guest Access:You have the entire apartment to yourself. It is 1/2 of a duplex so just be understanding that there are guests on the other side as well. You may park up to 2 cars in the huge driveway out back (message us if you have an additional vehicle). The driveway is a “shared space,” so be courteous of other guests and make sure you’re not blocking any non-family members :)The Neighborhood:We are situated perfectly in the heart of the Starland District which is the newest trendy neighborhood in Savannah. Tons of new shops, breweries, cafes, etc! Foxy Loxy, one of the BEST cafes in town, offering tacos and unbelievable coffee drinks, is just 2 doors down from the house. With a quick 5 min drive/Uber ride to City Market, River Street, Forsyth Park and much more, you cannot beat this location that offers peace and quiet at night.Getting Around:We are just a quick drive/Uber to River Street, City Market, Forsyth Park, Plant Riverside District, etc.! You can easily walk to some of the best, local restaurants in town including Foxy Loxy, The Vault Kitchen & Bar, Sly’s Sliders & Fries, Big Bon Bodega, Squirrel’s Pizza, and MANY more amazing local spots!Other Things to Note:You may park up to 2 cars in the rear driveway (just message us if you have a third and we will make arrangements).Interaction with Guests:We are always available via phone at 912-800-1321. Just let us know if anything comes up! We live locally, so we can react quickly should any issues arise.
