Formerly the Traverse City State Hospital–this marvel of preservation is now a bustling community of mixed commercial and residential uses.I purchased this condo in 2017. It is located on the top (3rd) floor of Cottage 20. It is accessible by elevator and is also equipped with its own private washer and dryer.The space is ideally suited for 2 people–but could accommodate 2 additional guests on the queen sized, memory foam sleeper sofa. This is a wonderful vantage point from which to explore the area. It is cozy, comfortable and equipped with everything you need to make your stay feel relaxed and carefree. There is an electric fireplace for added ambiance and warmth.
