On this floor you’ll find the main gathering room, with a large flatscreen television, which is open to the formal dining room, ideal for entertaining. At the back of the home, you’ll find the fully renovated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals.Upstairs you’ll find the two bedrooms and a private sitting deck that overlooks the treelined courtyard. The primary suite is furnished with a tasteful mix of antique furniture, a four post king-size bed, and luxurious en suite bath with a marble tiled shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom also features a king size bed, with an ample amount of space to store all of your belongings.
