Our minimum age requirement is 21 in order to rent this property.•No Parties – If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.- No Smoking in the house- Quiet time is 10pm to 8am- 2 Pet Minimum – Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.- Please strip bed linens and place linens and towels by Laundry.- Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start.- Feel free to use the grill but pull away from house and please recover once cool and place back.- Please acknowledge that we or past guests may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.• Do not rearrange the furniture• Do not disconnect and reconnect cabling from the TV or any other electronic devices.- If your stay is long enough to fill up your garbage receptcle then please take the receptcle to N Spring St. on Wednesday evening for a early am Thursday morning trash pick up and return receptcle back to the proper location.- Please park in the two designated parking spaces for your unit.
