Out back through the floor-to-ceiling slider doors you will find your own private lanai complete with a dining table, couch, and gas BBQ grill.During the day feel free to use the community’s cork-shaped swimming pool and hot tub. All within a secured gated community and walkable to some wonderful restaurants and coffee shops.Additional Policies & Rules-Upon booking confirmation you will be sent Ryson “Terms and Conditions” to acknowledge and sign.-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am-No smoking inside home-Renter must be 25+-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
