Cottage includes key access to private parking lots along Old Montauk Highway that access a mile of private sandy ocean beach under the supervision of the Montauk Beach Property Owners Association, (MBPOA).As per East Hampton rental laws our minimum stay is 15 days. We are also happy to have you as our guest for longer stays (monthly, etc). Thank you for your interest in our cottage!**Pls note: towels and bed linens are not provided for our home rental.
