Beautiful oceanfront home with private pool on the gated west end of Holden beach. This home has everything you need to complete your perfect oceanfront vacation. Private heated pool, elevator, ping pong, shuffleboard, 2 refrigerators, 2 living rooms, Smart flat screen TV’s in every bedroom, 5 1/2 bathrooms, gas gril, outdoor shower, covered and uncovered porches, and amazing views!The main level has a large well-stocked kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a drip coffee maker & a blender. The kitchen is open to the dining room with large table that seats 8 and has additional seating at the island overlooking the living room and oceanfront sunroom. There is a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a large bathroom on this floor, as well as a half bathroom. Upstairs you will find 5 more bedrooms, 4 with 1 queen-sized bed and 1 with 2 full beds, all with their own Smart flat-screen TV, another ocean front deck, and a second living room with Smart TV! Downstairs there is a ping pong table, shuffleboard, gas grill, and private walkway out to the oceanfront pool with loungers and plenty of pool deck to soak up the sun. You can also access your private ocean-front walkway out to the beach from the pool deck, or main level of the home. *Please note the fireplace is for decorative use only!*PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kindNO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.NO Smoking inside or on/around the premiseNO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premisePlease note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking*Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 – Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at night due to timers.*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 – March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*In the peak season (Memorial Day – Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.**In the off-season (Labor Day – Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party.
