We will be renting it again in 2024. The home was clean and even nicer this year with new 5 inch wide wooden plank flooring and new appliances, including a new huge capacity Maytag washing machine. The house was big enough for our 19 family members. The younger kids loved the hot tub and area pool. The location was perfect to so many restaurants, hiking and shopping. The coordinator is entrusted with making an appropriate home choice to satisfy the ideals of many personalities in a large group, so every attempt is made by the home owner/manager during the reservation process to address all concerns of a prospective guest. In this case, in addition to the comfort of the accommodations for their large group, the coordinator for this group of guests wanted to confirm that the home had sufficient privacy on the huge deck for the hot tub, so that the group could relax after long days on the many golf courses nearby. In addition, the group wanted convenience to shopping and to the amenities in the area. They also wanted a nice new grill on the deck, and a regulation sized pool table in the den. This group felt that all of their expectations were met. The group left the home in good condition, and is welcome to come back to the home at any time in the future.Adam said. “July week long stay was great”Richard said: “Overall very nice for large family get together.
