Hollow Hideaway – Minutes to Dupont State Forest!Nestled back on 13 acres with views from the front porch of three streams, pond and firepit – your weekend getaway has endless options to get back to nature and enjoy some peaceful relaxation – just minutes from the famous Dupont State Forest. Wake up to sunshine streaming through the windows, birds chirping, fresh eggs provided by our free range chickens and enjoy the peace and quiet before you start your day. If you’re a mountain biker, you could take a quick downhill bike ride right into the entrance of Dupont. This state park gives free access to biking trails, hiking trails, fly fishing and more! When done exploring for the day, relax and grill out while enjoying a nice fire right from the front porch! Or drive into Flat Rock or Brevard in 15 minutes for a nice dinner and drinks!This tiny home provides one master bedroom with one queen bed and dresser surrounded by morning light, opening up into the kitchen that has all the amenities needed. Keurig coffee machine and pods, tea, proper disinfectants, full set of pots and pans, oven, brand new refrigerator and freezer, microwave, propane grill, outdoor dining and propane firepit right on the front porch to take in all the views! There is a TV with Dish Network provided but please note, there is no wifi internet provided. One bathroom with shower/tub option with towels, hair dryer and toiletries provided. One bedroom loft with a queen bed with all linens provided. Please note that a ladder is required to get into the loft. The living room also provides a comfortable Serta sofa bed that can be turned into a queen sized bed if the loft isn’t accessible. Pack and Play also available for infants and toddlers. Could sleep 6 people but we recommend sleeping 4 as it is tight quarters.We do live full-time on the property past the cabin further up the driveway, if anything is ever needed or if there is an emergency. We are a young family with a very friendly chocolate lab that you might see strolling the property. The road to our house is one in/one out so please beware as driving in (although there aren’t many cars that come up or down), but signifies the peace and quiet that we get to experience during your stay. Our driveway entrance does have a gate where we will provide the code upon arrival.
