There are at least 107 cities in the County of Los Angeles . Glendale has no registration of short term rentals like the city of Los Angeles. Thus, please do NOT ask us for a registration number with the city of Los Angeles.We have a walled in back yard and a washer and dryer in secure room attached to garage. 1 full bath and one 3/4 bath (Shower without tub). Master bedroom has queen bed; 2nd bedroom has queen bed, new sofa-bed in living room is a full. There is a small second sofa-couch which is OK for a younger kid. Separate dinning room. Kitchen has dish washer, stove, standard refrigerator, microwave and small table area.Excellent for vacationing in LA. It's walking distance from the part of Griffith Park in the Valley, but it is a hike to the zoo or the equestrian stables, but that would be just a couple minutes drive.For entertain people, it is walking distance of Dreamworks, and Disney studios in Glendale.For vacationers, it is freeway close to Universal Studios and Hollywood (except for weekends, driving thru Griffith Park can be best to get to Hollywood, but cops check speed!)Disneyland, Magic Mountain and Knott's Berry Farm are just a drive away up or down the 5 Freeway.There is on-street parking in addition to the garage and driveway parking. Thus, friends can visit and easily find a place to park.We recently ungraded some of the furniture but have not posted photos of the upgrades yet.Ask us questions about the area and we will be glad to answer, but Vrbo does censor some personal info.
