If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.Other Things to Note:Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short term rental industry. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet.
