This includes; coffeemaker, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, innerware, pots, pans, tea, coffee, spices and basic dry goods. You will find everything you need!-Use the Keurig to make a single cup of coffee or a full pot.AC/HEATER… The complex has a shared air system. The HOA switches the system to heat during cooler months when the AC is not necessary, generally Nov-April. The system is then switched over to cooling for warm/hot months, generally April-Nov. The HOA does a great job of looking at the forecast to ensure they are making the switch at the best time.Pool and hot tub!There is an elevator and ramp access to the this third floor condo.One designated covered parking spot a few steps from the stairs close to your front door. There is also ample guest parking.The laundry room is just a few doors away from the unit. It accepts coins, credit or debit.
