This light filled open concept 4 bedroom 2 full bathroom cottage sits on level sandy beachfront on Lake Champlain’s Willsboro Bay. Enjoy the summer evenings in the window filled living room dining room area over looking the lake. The master bedroom has it’s own separate entrance and remodeled bathroom. Kitchen and main bathroom have been completely remodeled. Kitchen has been updated with new appliances including refrigerator, gas range, microwave and dishwasher laundry area with high efficiency washer and dryer. 45 foot dock plus mooring. Boat launch minutes away.
