Featuring a fully stocked kitchen, recently renovated downstairs bedrooms, beautiful backyard with unheated private pool, and easy access to the ocean beach nearby. This family abode provides plenty of space and the comforts of home. The backyard patio and the gas grill are great for beautiful days, while the living area has plenty of room that lets you escape indoors when you’ve had your fill of California sunshine.Thoughtful upgrades as of March 2024 include fresh paint, carpets, windows, and beds in the downstairs bedrooms, a king mattress in the large upstairs bedrooms, a gas cooktop in the kitchen, and a propane built-in BBQ.This house is a short drive or leisurely walk from the beach at La Jolla Shores, La Jolla Cove, and the La Jolla Tide Pools. The Museum of Contemporary Art, a movie theater, and many fantastic restaurants are also nearby in downtown La Jolla or at the Shores. Downtown San Diego, SeaWorld, Balboa Park and the Zoo are all a quick trip away – within 15 miles.Things to KnowThe pool/jacuzzi are not heated.The house is conveniently located near La Jolla Parkway but some street noise can be heard with windows open.This is a residential community so please be respectful of oneighbors.The rental agreement has a zero-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeiture and evictions are strictly enforced.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
