This is my modern home built in 2014, a one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home that I am proud to have lived in. Located directly across from the Anaheim Packing District. Condo is on the 3rd floor with access to stairs and elevator; no neighbors up above, just the roof top patio. Private washer and dryer. This is for stays over 30 days. Place is furnished with basic amenities for cooking, cleaning, personal care. Parking is street only. There is Ring Security DoorBell Cam. Turns off when rented.Welcome to my home. While this will be a minimum of 30 days stay, I want to make it your home as well. Please let me your needs and I will do my best to accommodate it as much as I can. I consider my place to be quite simple so that I am able to customize it to my guest.
