Welcome to paradise. Our shipyard property is set back in a quiet cul-de-sac. The villa is set up for adult couples to enjoy.The living room, kitchen, and screened-in porch are located on the top floor. The porch overlooks hole four of the golf course. Extra sunlight pours in from the large bay window, which allows the perfect place for creating memories.Windward Village provides a private pool and hot tub, private beach access, biking/walking trails, tennis, golf, and is in the heart of great shopping and many outstanding restaurants.Our well-kept 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath townhouse easily sleeps 2-4. A full kitchen, well equipped, with a vaulted family room that leads to the screened-in porch. New tile floors, cabinets, Smart TVs, and more. We take pride in our villa and are constantly providing updates.Some of the best bike trails on the island, right within the gates of Shipyard, private beach, and private pool with new hot tub. Many kids attractions throughout the entire island.Our guests are provided with discount pricing on bike rentals through American Bike Rentals. Contact information provided with Rental Agreement.This two-story villa has the desirable benefit of being within the private, gated community of Shipyard Plantation, which is security patrolled.
