Beach access involves moderate climbing down trail paths. While surfing is permitted, swimming is prohibited. Beach access is located at the end of Bird Rock Ave.- You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.Attention:This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups.
