NOTE: This is a SUNDAY to SUNDAY rental from May to October.This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath cottage was fully restored in the fall of 2018. Fresh paint inside and out, new carpet, roof, well, mattresses and furniture. Remodeled kitchen with new appliances. It was a labor of love. Well maintained and taken care of.Well stocked kitchen, some board games and all linens provided with the exception of beach towels.This cottage is super cute and 1 block from the harbor, 2 blocks from the grocery store and Dalwhinnie’s Bakery, less than a 10 minute walk to the lighthouse and 1/2 mile from the back beach.Large master bedroom with private bathroom and private entrance on the main level.2 bedrooms and a 1/2 bath upstairs.Large front porch and back deck.. Fire pit in the back yard. Deer and turkey sightings are frequent. Great cottage for families.1 block from the cottage is a grassy area on the harbor with Adirondack chairs for your use.Absolutely NO smoking and NO pets. We are very sensitive to smoke and pet hair.Rentals are for a 3 night minimum from mid- September to October. Beginning in summer of 2020 our May-mid-September rentals will be a minimum of 7 night stays and dates will be from SUNDAY to SUNDAY.Check in time – Sunday 4 pmCheck out time- following Sunday at 10 am
