Located by the Grand Cliffs Wash at the end of the Grand Canyon where the Colorado River feeds into Lake Mead .A 30 minute drive to Grand Canyon West , where there is the famous Sky Bridge , a zip line over the Canyon , 3 different lookouts over the Grand Canyon with snack bars , picnic areas and gift shops . A family could easily spend an entire day at Grand Canyon West.A 15 minute drive to Lake Meads South Cove Boat launch and dock for all your Lake activities, sandy beaches , swimming and playing in the water , boating and fishing .A 20 minute drive to where the Colorado river rafters exit the Colorado River .There are thousands of miles of scenic trails for UTV and ATV rides, four wheeling at its best , with view points that over look several different parts of Lake Mead and mountain ranges all at the same time , a breathtaking view like no other . And don’t forget our magnificent sunsets, they are incredible.Meadview is a small friendly quiet community in one of the most unique and amazing places in the entire country . We have a Gas and Grub gas station , a few eateries , one thats especially good is the Boathouse Cafe , a very nice place , great customer service , really good food , an indoor /outdoor seating and good prices . We have the Fisherman’s Landing bar , a friendly place for a little nightlife activities, an enjoyable friendly relaxed environment. An American legion post 103, a post office, and a family dollar grocery store.
