A perfect homebase when you are coming to Athens for UGA’s home football games. Clean, comfortable, and close to where you need to be. The home has an open floor plan with a loft bedroom and full bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the main level. This home has all the amenities of home because it is our sons home attending UGA.Our place is few miles from the stadium, located by the College of Veterinary medicine on the east side of Athens. Our neighborhood is safe and full of postgraduates and professors.Close to many restaurants and stores.Beds are comfortable (2 queens, 1 king) with Egyptian cotton sheets, Down Duvets and pillows, chargers by each bed side, stocked with all the home essentials. Vaulted main area makes 1400 Sq.feet feel very spacious.2 smart TV’s (one in main area and one in loft bedroom) connected to our Netflix, HULU, Amazon Prime, ESPN.Propane BBQ grill on deck with outdoor furniture.No Partys allowed.
