Description

Beautiful home in the quiet and peaceful Cuscowilla golf community. Newly remodeled and professionally decorated, 3 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, and cozy fireplace in open concept family room.All bedrooms are on the main floor, with one king bedroom, a queen bedroom and the third bedroom has a full size bed with twin trundle roll out bed. Bonus room upstairs with a twin trundle bed, television, pinball machine and ping pong table – perfect for the kids zone.Private 15 x 30 foot pool and a spa. The backyard is fully fenced in with a grill, propane heater and outdoor seating. Kitchen has a reverse osmosis faucet for drinking water, a wine refrigerator and Keurig machine. Please note: We do not have direct access to the lakefront from our home. You may take a short 3 minute walk to the common docks to see the lake. There are also multiple boat marinas with jet ski and boat rental options within very close proximity to the house. I would recommend Young Harris Water Sports, or Oconee Wild Watersports.Our home is located in a quiet residential area.
