Most of our beaches are lifeguard protected in the summer. There is a bayfront area for watersports, fishing charters, and boat rentals. We have a 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, and restaurants. There is a music pier entertainment venue built out over the ocean for concerts and other events!Our beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet residential neighborhood perfectly positioned between 10th & 11th on Central Avenue. Asbury Avenue is just one block away, placing you in heart of downtown shopping and award winning restaurants. Tenth Street beach and boardwalk is only 2 blocks away!Our clean, spacious and tastefully decorated 2nd floor condo boasts an open floor plan with a living room featuring a 40″ HDTV and sectional sleeper sofa.
