Although the home is not located directly on Lake Travis, it is just minutes from many local boat ramps.LIVING AREAYou will be greeted upon entry by a large living room with ample seating and an 86″ smart tv that is paired with Sonos surround sound. Providing a real movie theatre experience. If a movie with family and friends doesn’t quite do it for you, or you want something a little more interactive there is also a Nintendo Switch, Xbox one, and board games!KITCHEN & DININGIn the kitchen, you will be provided with everything you need to cook and serve your favorite foods. Pots, pans, silverware, spices, coffee and coffee pot, are all included. The kitchen is located right off of the game room and has a perfect view of the pool table, 65″ smart tv, and windows that look out onto the fairway.GAME ROOMIn the game room you will find a pool table and ping pong table with a 65″ smart tv mounted above the wood burning fireplace. There are also two Sonos speakers so you can listen to your favorite music.BED & BATHThis home will sleep up to 6 guests comfortably across three bedrooms. If another sleeping space is required, there are three air mattress included.
