The interior features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, two separate living rooms, and 2488 square feet under air. The exterior of the home includes a large saltwater heated pool, expansive deck with outdoor table, and an outdoor television. Extensive upgrades were added during the renovation. These include: New flooring, fresh paint throughout the home, new decking, smart televisions with cable and streaming services in all bedrooms and both sitting rooms, a Nest front door lock, brand new security system with sensors on all entry ways, a Reme Halo HVAC Air Purifying system, and bluetooth alarm clocks in all bedrooms with wireless charging.
