The front room of the home boasts a fireplace with the most amazing stone work you have ever seen – great conversation area.The location is extremely convenient – 30 minute drive from the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and 15 minutes from Phoenix -Mesa Gateway. The home is located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Marbella Vineyards in sunny Gilbert, AZ.The home is located 10 minutes away from the southeast valley outdoor shopping and entertainment center, San Tan Village.There are numerous Golf Courses within 20 minute drive. We’d be more than happy to provide you details on our favorite courses if this is of interest to you. Major grocery/drug stores are conveniently located within a 5 minute drive. If you are travelling with little ones, you’ll be thrilled to know that there are 2 parks within a short walking distance as well as the walking/biking path that the home backs on to.
