The spacious floorplan is perfect for a small family or couples offering two private bedrooms and a large kitchen and living area. The first bedroom is on the main floor of the home off the kitchen and offers a queen size bed. Views of the mountains are visible from many windows in the home. The bathroom on the main floor offers an updated shower and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The second bedroom is also a queen size bed and located downstairs with a private bathroom and gorgeous soaking tub. Enjoy cozy fall nights by the wood burning stove or a fun filled summer day on the lake. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly.
