Hometract is a quiet 3-acre property with terraced garden views. We have the privacy of a rural area with few neighbors but also easy access to I-64 & Rt. 250 putting Crozet, Ivy, Charlottesville, Monticello, Keswick, and more all within easy reach. We are walkable to the Ivy Corner Garden and Gift Shop, local favorite Duner’s Restaurant, and the Wine & Country gift shop. Boars Head Resort is only 5 minutes down the road with its golf course, restaurants, spa, and music and events.
