Guests can relax in the soaking tub after a long day exploring the beach, after showering off in the shared outdoor shower, of course. Our guests may also enjoy shared amenities such as pools and a basketball court.Guests who brought clubs will appreciate being just under three miles from the Holiday Golf Club. Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, less than one mile away! Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just over three miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and specific toddler area.Things to KnowPool passes are included in your reservation.Pool construction in the East and West towers is occuring April through mid-May 2024. During this time, Calypso Tower 3 pool is available for guests staying in Towers 1 and 2.Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 11.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
