A Mitsubishi split AC/Heat unit will keep you cool or warm, depending on the season. A ceiling fan over the bed will fill the room with cooling breezes. A Bose Bluetooth speaker and an Alexa will keep you entertained along with the TV with over 300 channels. The adjacent kitchen offers an under-counter fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and everything to cook, prepare and enjoy a light meal. Also included is coffee, sugar, cream, foil, wrap and zip-lock bags for your convenience. This very comfortable unit also has a two-person custom shower with glass door, hairdryer, Tommy Bahama soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and pool towels. Your private courtyard has a sofa on the porch, Bistro set, hammock and your own 2 person Solana spa in a garden settting.
