Enjoyed by many different holiday makers including golfers, couples and those on a long winter breaks. It has been described by previous guests as home away from home. The views are lovely over the golf course as the apartment faces west, so there will be many wonderful sunsets. Fully furnished with everything you need. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The sundeck has chairs and umbrellas for your use.- Layout -The larger than average living and dining area are appointed with two sofas, a coffee table, 40-inch flat screen television (over 40 TV and radio channels), a glass dining table and 4 chairs. Air con recently fitted (Chargeable) There are also large patio doors leading to terrace with beautiful golf course views. The terrace nicely tiled and is not overlooked by neighbouring apartments. The terrace has 2 sunbeds and table with 4 chairs. The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob and an oven. The utility area is complete with a washing machine & dryer.Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a window with shutters with views of gardens and a ceiling fan. A door leads to the en-suite bathroom with a wonderful rain shower.Bedroom 2 has two single beds, windows with shutters and views of gardens.Bathroom 2 is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.There is a Children’s park onsite, tennis court, massage centre, and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day.
