RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED with MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT OF 24. The complex has 4 LARGE POOLS, LARGE HOT TUB, 18 hole onsite mini-golf, tennis courts, shuffleboard onsite, and onsite pool tables. The unit has two queen beds upstairs and king bed downstairs and sofa sleeper, sleeps a total of 7. Fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware) and private patio. NO SMOKING inside condo. Perfect for family and couples!! Damage deposit will not be charged unless there is damage or additional cleaning required. A $155 cleaning fee and 14.5% Florida taxes will be added to total cost of the unit. HOA required wristbands ($20.00 ea) to be purchased when arriving, and parking pass ($25) purchased at office. .June and July months and holiday weeks require 1 week rental, (7 nights Sat – Sat) 3 night rental other months.
