Located just off of the famed Jones Street, it shares a corner with one of Downtown Savannah’s iconic homes.The two-story interior has been completely renovated and fashionably styled by an international design firm.Walk down the entryway and find the dining and kitchen area with panoramic views of the square, allowing in the glow of natural sunlight. Draw the custom window shades to allow for a more private dining experience.This kitchen, adorned with butcher block countertops and glossy white backsplash, is ideal for creating home-cooked meals. You’ll find an array of instruments at your fingertips, including a premium knife set and a display of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Sleek appliances like the oven, dishwasher, toaster, and microwave will make your culinary experience effortless.Gather at the airy dining space with four, plush chairs. There is a collection of plates, bowls, and glassware to choose from, including stemmed wine and champagne glassesTake note of the Ninja Coffee Bar that allows you to choose the desired richness of your brew. Coffee is included in your stay. The addition of an electric kettle is there for those who prefer tea.Regardless of your preferred drink, you can enjoy it in the chic sitting room and or enjoy the surrounding display of local artwork.The living room welcomes you with a soft, spacious couch and coffee table crafted with solid wood. A large Smart T.V. allows you to stream your favorite shows and movies on any platform.Along with a contemporary powder room, the first floor of this home is complete with a private balcony holding an intimate, al fresco dining set.Make your way to the second story. On one end of the hallway, you have the first bedroom with gold accents, floating nightstands, and a floor-length mirror. The second bedroom features views of sunsets that match the pink throw pillows. In either bedroom, you’ll have your own queen-sized bed with a set of crisp linens, a closet, and a large dresser. A washer and dryer is provided on the first floor for your convenience.In the hall, you’ll find another bathroom lavished with fresh towels, shampoo, and bodywash. The spacious vanity is well-lit and has a provided blow dryer. The shower is enhanced with asliding glass door, refreshing white tile, and a rainfall showerhead.Guest Access:The entire condo is for your use! We have a balcony off of the back of the living room that you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee or before-dinner cocktail ;)Parking is street-only and FREE.The Neighborhood:This property is located on a canopy-covered, residential street that is expertly hidden from tourist crowds while remaining steps from Savannah’s most sought-after attractions. Plus, this street has free parking – a rare commodity downtown.Not looking to venture far? From the porch you can see Fox and Fig, a trendy cafe serving gorgeous, colorful dishes and espresso drinks all day long. On your way, you’ll pass through Troup Square, home to the Armillary Sphere and one of the must-see Savannah churches.Hop onto Jones Street, said to be the most beautiful street in the United States, and stroll a couple blocks to find Clary’s Cafe. This diner-style restaurant is famous for being featured in the film, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.From there, you can turn left and find Forsyth Park. This is Savannah’s oldest and largest park with enough grassy space for hours of fun. Take a picture with the iconic fountain and trees draped in Spanish moss.Or turning right, you can explore the endless variety of restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Try out the Savannah Belles Ferries to see the beautiful skyline of Savannah from the riverfront.Getting Around:Parking is free on the street in this area. Just need to pay attention to the street signs throughout Savannah as we have street sweepers twice a week, and will need to park accordingly overnight.There’s a FREE shuttle that picks up about 6 blocks away at Charlton/Drayton intersection. This is a free “trolley” style bus that circles around the Historic District and stops at a lot of attractions. Additionally, there is The Downtowner which is a City-ran “uber” just download the app and they will pick you up for free! Aside from that, we recommend using Uber/Lyft to get where you need. If you find free parking near the apartment, stay there! You can walk to just about anything in the City! :)Other Things to Note:No parties.Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property.No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.Do not smoke on the property or near the home. Clean up all smoke butts.Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol.Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.Treat the apartment with respect, as if it was your own property.
