One storey apartment in a gated complex with a HEATED SEAWATER SWIMMING POOL and a 12 meter HOT WATER RELAX POOL, in a very quiet neighbourhood and with a PROFESSIONAL “OMADA” WIFI NETWORK, ideal for relaxing or teleworking. 10 minutes from two of the best beaches on the island and next to a fishing village with fantastic local restaurants. Very well equipped to make you feel at home.The apartment is located in a small complex of 11 units by the sea. The complex has two seawater pools and a freshwater pool, surrounded by a large lawn garden. The adult pool is heated to 23ºC. The 12-metre HOT WATER RELAX POOL has 36ºC fresh water. The pool area also has communal showers and toilets.The flat is accessed through the small garden/terrace with a corner sofa, dining table with chairs and barbecue.It is a two-bedroom flat, in the master bedroom there is a double bed. In the second bedroom there are two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. The house is ideal for families up to 4 people.
