The gated stairway allows for easy access to one of the largest grass/yard areas for pets that you will find at the top of Massanutten Resort.As you walk into the front door, you find an open-concept main floor that easily connects the living room, dining area and beautifully updated kitchen. The large windows bring in lots of natural sunlight during the afternoons until you turn your attention to the ornate fireplace that sits in front of the new leather couches, ottoman, and massage chair. The dining table easily sits 8 individuals while providing adjacent seating for 3 more people at the kitchen countertop. The bright and well-stocked kitchen provides all of the plates, utensils, pots, pans, and appliances that you may need including a dishwasher, large refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, electric stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, keurig and drip coffee machines, blender, crock pot, and more.The main floor also includes a 75″ Smart TV that is equipped with the Roku platform for watching your favorite shows and movies through the YouTube TV subscription or by logging into any of your favorite apps like Netflix, Prime Video or Disney +. This floor also includes a queen-sized bedroom, one full bathroom, and the washer/dryer/laundry closet.The second floor features a game room with 9 foot shuffle board table that can be used for both shuffle board or shuffle bowling, a full-sized foosball table, and 52″ Smart TV with Nintendo Wii gaming console.
