Carolyn’s Mountain Cottage is a spectacular property located just a few miles from the quaint town of Burnsville NC and an easy 30 minute drive to Asheville. From the moment you arrive and step onto the covered deck you will face some of the most beautiful mountain views in Western North Carolina. This beautiful cottage boast 2 guest bedrooms on the main level with queen beds in each and a loft area master with a king bed, 2 bathrooms one attached to the master in the loft area and one on the main level and two living rooms, one on the main level which is equipped with electric logs for a fire like ambiance. Not only is the inside of this property amazing, the outside has some of the most amazing scenery and vistas. Grab a glass of wine and a sweater and enjoy the scenery by the fire pit or sink into the Hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views of the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains. There are also no accommodations for babies.SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It’s generally around $5 per bundle.NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin.
