Description
HOT TUB & POOL ACCESS- Mom’s Condo: Cute 3 Bedroom, 2.5 BathCute 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condominium in the Spring Lake Club. Beautiful place to visit all year round. The unit was decorated by my mom with antiques, wallpapers, homey and religious decor.Located just 2 minutes from the bay of Lake Michigan in a secluded and quiet complex, yet close to everything you will need or want: D&W Grocery~2 min drive; downtown Petoskey~6 min drive; downtown Harbor Springs~8 min; Petoskey State Park~5 min; Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands closeby for skiing; bike trails around the corner from the condo.*Kayaks and bikes available in the garage for your use and enjoyment.*Pool and hot tub available for your use just steps from the condo in the clubhouse (shared within the complex).First floor includes full kitchen, stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. Dining room and comfortable living area with gas fireplace and 32″ TV with a Roku with all the popular streaming apps (be prepared to use your own login), a Smart DVD player, and many DVDs. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT HAVE CABLE TV.Also on first floor is the master bedroom with attached full bathroom with walk-in shower. Extra half bath, washer, and dryer are also located on first floor.Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with bathtub & shower. One bedroom has a queen bed, with 2 twin beds in attached alcove. Other upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds with a third twin bed in attached alcove.There is a wooden deck in the back, off of the dining room, with a small grill and chairs so you can relax enjoy the fresh Northern Michigan air without even leaving the property. There is a view of Spring Lake from the deck, and a short path takes you down to the shore with picnic table and a small fire pit area.Our place is a cozy space to relax anytime of the year, in one of the most beautiful locations in the state! We hope you love it as much as we do.Please note: dogs are not allowed for renters staying less than 14 days. However, sometimes our family dogs stay at the condo. The condo is cleaned before each stay but may not be suitable for those with severe allergies.
