This is a duplex w/one side 6 BR/6 BA and a connected 2 BR/2 BA apartment with its own separate kitchen and balcony. Both sides are rented together as whole unit. There are 2 kings, 7 queens, 3 twin and 2 sofa beds. The listed prices are for the whole house. This beach house called Moonlighting has an unobstructed view of the beach and is across the street from the beach access. This is in a quiet, private neighborhood, but close to all the action. As Ocean Blvd doesn’t connect due to a state park on one side and a campground on the other…you essentially have your own private beach right in front of you.Keywords: Duplex
