Located on the countryside of Oahu between the ocean & the mountains, you will be in the perfect spot to experience what Oahu has to offer.Close to world famous North Shore, Turtle Bay Resort, popular surf breaks, snorkeling spots, sea turtles, & much more!Only 2 min. walk to ocean, beach park, & state hiking trails.Only 3 miles to Polynesian Cultural Center luau show.As a 30 yr. resident, I’ll be able to offer tips you won’t find in the travel guides!The spaceEnjoy beautiful views of the Ko’olau mountains from one of the 3 balconies of the upstairs portion of this 2 story duplex (owners occupy downstairs).-Master suite features a/c, 40″ smart TV, spacious closet, double sink bathroom, and private balcony.- Medium sized bedroom has full/twin trundle bed, ceiling fan, Jack & Jill bathroom, and private balcony.-Small bedroom has twin bed, a/c, & windows on 3 sides.-Family room has smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, and balcony.-Vaulted ceiling, large windows-Private entrance-Local Hawaiian artwork-Beach accessories, body boards, snorkel gear, kid’s floaties, toys, etc.NOTE: Master Suite & small bedroom are the only areas with a/c. The rest of the house catches a breeze from our northeasterly tradewinds.Security camera is present outside of front entrance.
