Once this is done and the fee is paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pets max, no more than 60 lbs. each, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees before arrival.No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.The occupancy can be at most 12 people at any time during your stay.We require 50% payment at the time of booking.
