Ample parking, two private beaches, safe and perfect for kids communityThe cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and sleeps 6 comfortably. *max 6 person overnight occupancy*The house has been owned and occupied by our family for 70+ years. It has up to date appliances, bathrooms, and is fully insulated with an HVAC system. Also a beautiful 180 degree view of Long Island Sound, Latimer Light and Fishers Island from front picture windows.Community Amenities:All Private Roads -safe for children to walk and bike ride freely without worry, the speed limit is 15mph2 Private Beaches- the larger of the 2 is approx. 75ft from the house, the smaller 350ft. Beaches are within a protected inlet, no strong current or undertow, great for families!Saturday to Saturday Rental Term. Check-In after 4 p.m. Check-Out by 11 a.m.
