Houseboat located in the beautiful Kittery/ Portsmouth HarborThe “Reef” is a newly built 50′ houseboat docked at Badgers Island Marina located in Kittery, ME on the Piscataqua River.The houseboat features a queen bed in both bedrooms . The Master bath has a head and sink while the Main bath has a shower, head and sink. The Galley features a refrigerator, sink and stovetop as well as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans and a full set of dishware/utensils.Also in the Galley is a dinette with seating for 4 as well as the bartop that has seating for 2.In the salon , 32″ flat screen TV and Bluetooth speaker.On top of the houseboat is a beautiful outside deck where you can enjoy your view of the river while dining at the patio table that offers seating for 4.On site at the marina is a washroom facility with 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom and coin operated washer and dryer units.On the marina’s pier there is a full sized grill, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, etc…Ice is available for purchase and there is free parking.All linens and towels are provided for a $40.00 fee.No pets are allowed – no exceptions.No smoking is allowed at any time on the boat, including the outside decks.Please note that the boat does not leave the dock.Check out our other rentals:The “Vagabond”: Vrbp 490148The “Island Queen”: Vrbo 729333
