The kitchen comes fully stocked with all your dining and cooking equipment, along with a coffee maker and tea kettle. The home has high 12′ ceilings and coffered ceilings in the living room. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a dining table with bar stools to allow extra seating at the breakfast bar. There is a full size washer and dryer in the home, located in a closet near the living area. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a separate entry door from the Kitchen.During your stay, you’ll have access to all of the community’s amenities including the gym, pool, media/theatre room, private poker room, Golf simulator and 2 different lounges. One lounge is a bar lounge that comes equip with a pool table, ping pong and shuffle board. There is another lounge area on the16th floor that comes equip with a full size demonstration kitchen and grand stairs that take you to the roof top terrace which has TV’s, fire pits and the BBQ Area.
